Sophia and Michael’s wedding was a perfect blend of modern elegance, incorporating German, Swedish and Irish roots. They kicked off their celebrations with a rehearsal dinner in the Van Stry Ballroom at Luttrellstown Castle. This evening was all about celebration and playfulness. Fleur Weddings provided the gorgeous florals, incorporating many shades of pink to complement the menus created by Aimee Willow Designs. The dress code for the night was for everyone to wear pink, and Sophia stole the show by wearing the most beautiful pink gown. Irish drummers and dancers surprised and entertained the guests, followed by an amazing evening of dancing.

Their wedding day was also set at the always stunning Luttrellstown Castle. It was beautifully captured by Under the Veil; the day’s aesthetic was a masterclass in elegance, timeless beauty, and balance. The flowers (created by Fleur Weddings) were a mix of garden and traditional styles , focused on a classic color palette of soft pinks and whites . The bride created custom napkins through the Embroidered Napkin Company, which featured incredible pink velvet bows that completed the overall tablescape.

The early ceremony took place indoors, with magnificent urns framing the wedding couple as they said “I do.” We organized many interactive activities for guests to enjoy post-ceremony, with their light lunch provided by Luttrellstown Castle. These activities included a live painter, an Irish whiskey tasting station, and guided tours of the castle. During this time, the bride went on a horse ride on the grounds with her bridesmaid-a moment to be cherished forever!

Sophia and Michael kicked off their black-tie wedding evening by toasting their marriage with an epic champagne tower in the Gothic Hall! The reception took place in the grand Van Stry Ballroom , where we brought soft pink floral hues indoors. 

Sophia and Michael then proceeded to have their first dance in the Kentian Room, with their loved ones surrounding them in mystifying white fog-the height of romance. Congratulations, Sophia and Michael! You both were so wonderful to work with, and your life will surely be even more beautiful than your wedding day!
