There is something undeniably enchanting about Killruddery House & Gardens in Wicklow—a place where time slows, nature whispers, and love stories unfold with grace. For Chelsea and Andrew, this historic estate became the perfect backdrop to a celebration that radiated elegance, intimacy, and unforgettable joy.
Though they hadn’t walked its storied halls until just weeks before the wedding, Chelsea and Andrew had already crafted a weekend that reflected their personalities and shared values. Their June visit for a menu tasting and beauty trials only deepened their excitement—and confirmed that Killruddery was exactly where they were meant to be.
The festivities began with a cozy rehearsal dinner for their closest circle, followed by welcome drinks that opened the doors to all guests. It was the perfect way to ease into the weekend—intimate, relaxed, and full of anticipation.
The ceremony took place in the Orangery, a space Chelsea and Andrew adored for its ethereal charm and garden views. They opted for a shorter, heartfelt ceremony, allowing their Irish vows to focus purely on love and connection.
Following the ceremony, guests gathered on the lawn outside the Orangery for a drink reception under the open sky—an idyllic moment to toast the newlyweds and soak in the beauty of the estate.
Dinner was held in the Grain Store, a rustic and romantic venue that Chelsea and Andrew fell in love with for its warm ambiance and outdoor fire pits. As the evening unfolded, DJ Tommy Elliot took the reins, keeping the dance floor lively and laughter echoing into the night.
Chelsea, a talented artist, infused the day with meaningful details. Inspired by her love of storytelling through art, she handpainted postcards of special locations tied to their journey—gifts that guests treasured long after the last song played.
In the final eight weeks leading up to the wedding, Chelsea and Andrew partnered with us and allowed us to take the reins, allowing them to savor every moment. From final logistics to on-the-day coordination, they embraced the joy of being fully present.
Their vision was clear: a celebration that felt elegant yet grounded, artistic yet effortless. And at Killruddery, surrounded by gardens, history, and love, it truly was nothing short of magical.
We were honored to help the couple in the final lead-up to their wedding and excited to share their photos with you all now.
