We are so excited to share with you Noor and Dylan’s Pakistani-Irish castle wedding at Kilkea!
The festivities began in the Abbey for the Mehndi celebrations. Noor’s mother and family worked incredibly hard at creating all the decor for this space. The groom’s side of the family entered first, followed by the bride’s side of the family, and the bride herself, Noor. The night included a short Mendhi ritual, henna ceremony, a delicious BBQ meal, and many incredible choreographed dances by loved ones.
For the wedding day itself at Kilkea Castle, the gorgeous flowers were by Frog Prince, and fabulous photos by Aileen Kennedy Photography.
The ceremony took place outdoors in the rose garden with the castle serving as a backdrop. To help highlight the castle, a stunning asymmetrical arch floral arrangement decorated the top of the aisle. The bride’s family surprised them with an amazing acappella flash mob song during the ceremony!
Noor changed into her saree bridal gown for the reception. The Baronial Hall was centered around blush pink satin tablecloths, and stunning classic-style centerpieces by Frog Prince. Complimenting the overall look was the beautiful three-tiered cake by The Fox & The Flour.
The dancing was kicked off by their first dance, followed by a jaw-dropping performance by Irish Dancers!
Congratulations Noor and Dylan! What an incredible way to join cultures on your wedding day. You were both so wonderful to work with and, for sure, your life will be even more beautiful than your wedding day!
