We cannot get enough of Catherine and Carter’s perfect castle wedding at the stunning Luttrellstown Castle! Anna G and her team took care of all photography for the celebrations, and as always, Anna brought her class, elegance, and fun to the entire event!
The girls had so much fun getting glammed up with an amazing hair and makeup team-Aidan Darcy and Ailbhe Lynch. Singing Taylor Swift in the luxurious bridal suite kept the excitement and fun going throughout the morning. The bridesmaids wore a blue toile pattern, which was also reflected in the gorgeous linens used for the banquet in the Van Stry ballroom.
The florals were stunningly romantic and crafted by the expert hands of Sylvia of Bella Botanica. Classic greens and whites with small hints of blue in the bridal bouquet truly brought the whole look together. The ceremony took place on the lawn with the impressive castle as the backdrop. A theme ran through as guests took their seats to more Taylor Swift music ! Nothing was going to stop Catherine and Carter from having their dream outdoor ceremony. A mid-ceremony downpour did not deter the spirit of everyone there, and the formalities continued with guests braving the Irish elements under Luttrellstown Castle umbrellas! Complete rock stars!
With no first look, the bride and groom chose to have their beautiful moment as Catherine walked down the aisle to “In Dreams,” hauntingly played by the Avoca String Quartet. The cake was masterfully created by Caroline Goulding and took center stage in the inner hallway of the castle, below the grand staircase. Guests were invited out after dinner for speeches and cake cutting, which made great use of the space.
Dancing kicked off in full swing, and with a quick outfit change, the bride re-entered the dance floor in her second dress. The party continued long into the night with the incomparable energy of Jo Petit and The Dreamband. Thank you, Catherine and Carter, for allowing us to share some of the highlights of your special day! This is one we will remember!
