We get calls all the time from couples who want to have their destination wedding in a unique, period, Irish venue just outside Dublin. They are flying into Dublin and want a venue that allows friends to fly in, explore Dublin and enjoy their wedding all in one weekend! Sile is a Dublin native and Bray, where I am from is just 25 minutes to the South so we both know the location very well and love nothing more than planning a wedding in our own “back garden”! Luttrelstown Castle

Sile and I can barely contain are excitement at planning our first wedding in Luttrelstown Castle this year! Luttrellstown was in the world’s spotlight when Victoria and David Beckham were married here on in July 1999.  Other celebrities including Prince Ranier and Princess Grace of Monaco, Fred Astaire, Douglas Fairbanks, Ronald Reagan and Paul Newman have all made themselves at home in the castle. Just 20 minutes from the Heart of Dublin city is Castle over 300 years old sites in a sprawling 560 acre estate that dates back to the 1430’s. It is simply the last work in luxury for a destination wedding in Ireland of up to 150+. See more at :



St. Helen’s

Housed in a mid-1700s estate that is now an Irish National Monument, the Radisson Blu St Helen’s Hotel, Dublin welcomes guests to relax amidst striking décor and historical architecture. This hotel is just 5km from the heart of the city center and we love love love it as the perfect wedding for guests of 80 or under. The Le Panto can be hire privately for your day. Killruddery Estate

This venue is very special to my heart as it is just 5 minutes from my house. This Aug we are getting to plan our first wedding there and I am beyond excited! Killruddery is a living, working House, Gardens and Farm. It has been home to sixteen generations of the Brabazon family. Killruddery House is a beautiful venue, with lots of different options and spaces. The library, drawing room and dining room can host wonderful drinks receptions, the orangery is a breathtaking space that can be used for either a ceremony or as a reception space  – See more at:
